About Your Guide — Jennifer Love

I created The Toolkit™ to guide women through every stage of transformation — whether you’re navigating a divorce or breakup, adjusting to empty nesting, facing a career change, moving to a new city, or finding your way through the tender shifts that life brings.

This retreat — like everything I create — blends psychology-backed frameworks, somatic practices, and soulful community to help you release what no longer serves you, reignite your energy, and rise as your most grounded, radiant self.

My background is in cognitive psychology, but my heart lives in human connection. I’ve spent decades exploring how the mind and body work together to create change through philosophy, creativity, leadership, trauma-informed coaching, and yoga. I’ve taught university courses, led teams, and built multi–seven figure businesses. I’ve also fallen apart and rebuilt, again and again — including through my own multi-year divorce.

That experience changed everything.


Even with all my tools and training, I found myself holding everything and barely holding on. What I discovered is that women like us — capable, emotionally aware, high-functioning, and exhausted — need something deeper than quick fixes. We need structure, support, and community that’s both science-based and soul-aligned.

That’s why I built The Toolkit™, and why I’m hosting this retreat.

Meals

Meals are light, nourishing, and created with love. Think vibrant salads, hearty soups, roasted vegetables, and fresh fish or plant-based proteins. Each dish is designed to support clarity, energy, and restoration.

We offer vegetarian and pescatarian options and can accommodate dietary needs upon request. Please let us know of any allergies or restrictions during registration so we can prepare accordingly.

Meals are shared in community — a moment each day to slow down, connect, and savour simple abundance.

Who is this retreat for?

This retreat is for women navigating transformation — whether that’s divorce, career change, relocation, grief, health transitions, or simply a deep desire to reconnect with themselves. It’s for those who are ready to release old stories and step into grounded clarity.

Do I need to have yoga or meditation experience?

Not at all. Each session is beginner-friendly, guided gently, and focused on mindfulness rather than mastery.

What is included in the retreat fee?

Your registration includes all workshops, guided practices, meals, materials, and group sessions. For guests staying at the retreat home, accommodations are also included.

What is not included?

Flights, transportation to Sedona, and optional excursions or treatments are not included.

Can I come alone?

Absolutely. Most women attend solo and leave with deep friendships. The retreat is intentionally intimate, creating an environment where everyone feels seen and supported.

What should I expect emotionally?

Transformation can stir emotions, and that’s part of the process. You’ll be held in a compassionate space with practices designed to help you move through whatever arises safely and gently.

What happens after the retreat?

You’ll be invited to an integration circle and given access to follow-up resources from The Toolkit™ so you can carry the insights and practices forward.

What if I have special dietary needs?

We do our best to accommodate allergies and preferences. Please provide details during registration so we can plan accordingly.

How do I get to Sedona?

Sedona is about two hours north of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Once registered, you’ll receive a detailed welcome guide with travel recommendations, shuttle options, and carpool suggestions.
