Hi, I'm Jennifer Love.
I'm a psychologist and research scientist, a yoga and fitness instructor, and an intentional creativity coach. I've spent the last decade working with women on embodiment, creativity, business, and self-expression.
And in all of that work, one thing kept coming up. When I would survey the women in my world to learn more about them, the same theme surfaced again and again — women feeling uncomfortable in their bodies, wanting to lose weight, having lost it and gained it back many times, often with more than where they started.
I knew that feeling intimately. I had lived that same cycle throughout my own life. And as a psychologist and researcher, I went looking for the real answer. What I discovered changed everything — and it became my mission to share it.

A journal or notebook, a pen, a flexible measuring tape, scale, and the willingness to show up for yourself for these five days.
